Return & Exchange Policy
At VOIDED, we take pride in producing high-quality apparel inspired by car culture and craftsmanship. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. VOIDED reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or odor.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, depending on inventory availability.
If the requested size is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are not guaranteed.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by VOIDED before being shipped back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale items
• Accessories
• Limited drop items after inventory is sold out
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Lost Returns
VOIDED is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
